Varshphal API required following inputs

1. **date** : [Birth date of native in DD-MM-YYYY format, eg 15-07-1998]
2. **time** : [Birth time of native in HH:MM (24 Hrs) format, eg 21:53]
3. **long** : [Birth Place Longitude of native, use negative values for western longitudes, eg 77.7 for MEERUT,UP,India]
4. **lat** : [Birth Place Latitude of native, use negative values for southern latitudes, eg 28.98 for MEERUT,UP,India]
5. **tzone** : [Birth Place Timezone of native, eg 5.5 for MEERUT,UP,India]
6. **vsyear** : [Year for which varshphal is being calculated, eg 2025 for 2025-26 varshphal]
7. **lang** : [Output language, "en" for English and "hi" for Hindi, default is "en"]
