Varshphal API required following inputs

1. date : [Birth date of native in DD-MM-YYYY format, eg 15-07-1998]
2. time : [Birth time of native in HH:MM (24 Hrs) format, eg 21:53]
3. long : [Birth Place Longitude of native, use negative values for western longitudes, eg 77.7 for MEERUT,UP,India]
4. lat : [Birth Place Latitude of native, use negative values for southern latitudes, eg 28.98 for MEERUT,UP,India]
5. tzone : [Birth Place Timezone of native, eg 5.5 for MEERUT,UP,India]
